So I'm new.
I'm 24 and I'm probably the largest girl in this group. 5`2, and somewhere between 180-190, depending on how broken my scale is.
Didnt always used to be this way. Was rail thin my whole life. Did three sports at a time, two of them being running sports. Started gaining a little weight in HS, like alot of girls do. Then, started going to community college where sports arent as cool, but was still eating like an athlete, so I blew up. I dont look my weight, thank GOD. Most people are shocked to find out I weigh over 140-145, which is what most people guess. Im shocked they guess so low.
My goal body is Kelly Clarkson-ish. I know shes probably not thin enough for alot of you, and that my weight probably makes you sick. I do want to let you know that even fat girls can get boyfriends. Ive been dating my guy for almost 2 years, and we're getting married. We're going to FL in 2 weeks, so thats what spawned my fasting/restriction.
I dont know how much I want to lose before FL, I just want to notice a difference, and then continue when I get back.
Yesterday I had 3 cups of tea with honey and cayenne pepper (I heard it was a detoxing tea), water all day with diluted powdered ice tea mix and powdered energy drink, two sticks of string cheese, two hard boiled egg whites, baby carrots, a few small handfuls of trail mix, beef boullion cube soup (only 5 cal! I learned that little tip from lurking here the past 2 days), and then snuck a big bite of pad thai, but i chewed it all up and spit half out, so I only consumed the equivilent of a regular bite. All this food was stretched out throught the day. There may have been something else, but it was all small healthy snack-y stuff, I just cant remember if there was or not.
I dont think Ill be able to completely fast for a few days, just because I think I should start out slow with restriction to shrink my stomach so I wont feel as hungry as often. My bigggggest problem is eating when bored.
I also dont think I could completely fast for more than a day because Im hypoglycemic.
Does anyone else have problems with diabetes/hyper/hypoglycemia/thyroid/etc? How do you handle it?
Today so far Ive had beef boullion soup, half a slice of peanut butter toast, my detox tea, a cup of coffee, and a glass of water.

H: 5`2
CW: 180-190 (unsure)
GW: 130-150
Ultimate GW: 125-130
L(adult)W: 117
HW: Now...
